Improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Clients correct their posture and develop strength through classical Pilates classes taught on the mat and reformer, or on apparatus including a Cadillac/Wall Tower, Barrels, High Chair, Wunda Chair, and Ped-o-Pull. Offering virtual classes and private sessions.
Some might leave their practice at the studio. But my passion comes home with me. I’ve created a home Pilates studio with a wall tower/raised mat, a reformer, barrels, a Ped-O-Pull, and a Wunda Chair for daily self-practice.
